J.N. Residential, Inc. was started in Woodstock, GA on March 31, 1997. We have been serving the metro Atlanta area for over 12 years, though we primarily focus our efforts in the Northwest metro areas of Cherokee County, Cobb County, North Fulton County.

We are a local company that is owned and operated by Jeff Nathan, a licensed and insured residential contractor. We work with a wide variety of professional sub-contracts in order to achieve the vision that our clients have set out.

We see our role in the process as one of an advocate and partner. We work with our clients from the initial concept of what they want, providing our insights and suggestions to improve the project. During the construction process, we manage all of the various sub-contractors and oversee the entire project from beginning to end.
