Right from the beginning we had ample opportunity to witness his quick thinking and flexibility. From granite shelves discovered in the grading process, and my need to save every tree possible, to weight bearing walls that needed to come out of the plan, he pretty much took everything in stride. Jeff always tried to abide by our wishes, yet managed to help us save money with insightful tips, and was ever eager to diplomatically back us in the interactions with subs, which can be potentially volatile. Jeff takes a lot of care to explain and answer questions, thus making one feel safe and in control, which is important when making any kind of investment.
